Oh my gosh I do love cheese. Manchego has to be a top fave. Also any blue. I was just telling the Chef we should make those bacon wrapped dates stuffed w/blue cheese from summer time. Oh you have got me started on something here missy!!

OMg I am such a fan of white cheese. Goats cheese together with walnuts is a match made in heaven. Glad you are enjoying the NYC photos. Got some great surprises coming this week. I think you just might know some of them.

ReplyDeleteOh my! All of the cheeses look divine. There's a hard goat cheese that I enjoy called Midnight Moon. You can find it at the Tenley Town Whole foods. I love a smear of Cambozola on a crusty baguette, and some smoked English Cheddar from the Cheesemonger at Eastern Market is so good!
